great service, car was actually done earlier than expected. we've been taking our cars here fo 30 years. one of the few shops that I know that are honest and don't take advantage of you. I think you're on your bed most of the work himself.

I recently had my BMW serviced at Jason’s Auto Shop and couldn’t be happier! As a CMU student, finding a trustworthy mechanic was crucial, and Jason surpassed all my expectations. His deep knowledge of BMWs really stood out. He clearly explained every issue and the necessary repairs, showing his expertise with European vehicles. Jason’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. I went to get my car worked on through these guys. Some pretty decent body work.. including touching up a paint that isn’t easy to get. These folks did some outstanding work, and got back to me any time I bugged them with a question. When I say my car looks better today than it did the day I bought it, I mean it. I highly recommend these folks.

I dropped my car off for an inspection, early in the morning like the owner said was best. I never heard back from him despite leaving several messages. Finally 2 days later I went back to the garage and picked up my car to take it home and elsewhere for inspection. They never even touched it, in fact moved it farther out by the street. Very frustrating and time-wasting experience. *No you certainly did not text me any such thing. That is a lie and 3 years later a response? Lol

I scraped the side of my car along the side of my garage. I went to another garage in the area and they quoted $1100 to fix and repair with paint touch up. I went to Armstrong for a second opinion and the mechanic said to give him 10 minutes because he believed it could quickly be buffed out. Sure enough it was! I asked how much I owed and he said it was on the house...just remember him in the future! The least I could do was highly recommend them for being honest and friendly to their customers!!
